Cottage Rental Rates
During the low season (October to March), the Cottage at Sunnyholm is available at £365 per week for 1 or 2 people.
In High Season (April to September) the Cottage rental price is £400 per week for 1 or 2 people.
Accommodation for a third person is at an additional cost.
Short Breaks In Inverness:
With a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights, short breaks may also be available. Except at peak times, the cost per night is from £55 to £60 for up to 3 people.
What's Included?
The Cottage at Sunnyholm is a well equipped, cosy holiday home and included in the rental cost are bedding, towels and toiletries. There is a Continental style breakfast 'starter pack' awaiting your arrival.
Entertainment and modern conveniences include Digital TV, DVD player, CD player, Radio, and a Wireless PC connection to the internet.
The cost of all Electricity and Central Heating is included.
Arrival time is typically after 4pm (16hrs) but this may be flexible by prior arrangement. Departure time is before 11am (11hrs) on the morning that you leave Inverness.
